Mr. von Bülow and Mr. Tamada are admitted patent attorneys in the Federal Republic of Germany and before the European Patent Office as well as members of the Patentanwaltskammer München, EPI, AIPPI, FICPI. Admission before the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM).

Patent attorneys are subject to the Patent Attorney Code, the Professional Code of Conduct for Patent Attorneys (BOPA, Mitt. 1997, 243ff) and the Code National Conduct of epi (epi-Information 2(2001, p. 75).
