The firm owner, Mr. Tamada, is admitted as a patent attorney in the Federal Republic of Germany and before the European Patent Office and is a member of the Patentanwaltskammer München, EPI, AIPPI and FICPI. Mr. Tamada is authorised to represent clients before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). In Austria, Mr. Tamada is entered in the register pursuant to Section 16a of the Austrian Patent Attorneys Act and is authorised to provide temporary professional advice and representation before the Austrian Patent Office.

Patent attorneys are subject to the German Patent Attorney Code (PAO), the Professional Code of Conduct for Patent Attorneys (BOPA), for activities before the European Patent Office the Regulation on Discipline for professional representatives and the epi Code of Professional Conduct, and for professional activities in Austria the Austrian Patent Attorneys Act, in particular Section 16a PatAnwG, and the Guidelines for the Practice of the Patent Attorney Profession. The professional rules are accessible via the German Chamber of Patent Attorneys, the German Federal Ministry of Justice, the European Patent Office/epi and the Austrian Legal Information System (RIS).
